I
played 5724 on ordinary bet ($5 big and $5 small). In addition,
I also bought 4527 ($2 big $2 small) and 2457 ($2 big $2
small), both on system bet. I notice that 2457 and 5724
was ecommended in your 4-D
Master Special 4-D Forecasts (page 24 of May 02 WINNING BOX).
To my greatest surprise
of surprises, 5724 came out the 1st prize on Sat, 4
May 2002 and won $45,000.00!
Then,
on Sun, 5 May 2002, I bought 7735
($4 big $4 small) on system bet. I
hit the 2nd Prize and won a total of $12,000.00.
This number was also forecasted in the Lab28 Weekly 4-D
Forecasts. Altogether, I won an
impressive $57,000.00 in a week!

I won another Top-3 prize!! This time, it is a 2nd
prize on 3021 which I hit on 14 May 2000 and won $1,000.00.
This time I analysed the 3D to pick the 4D forecast
for the week. 013 happened to be the most overdue 3D for 13 draws. So
I decided to play my favourite number i.e. 3021 and won $1,000. I have
lost count on how many times I hit starter and consolation prizes
since joining as a member 14 months ago.
I would like to thank you for your accurate and super
forecast. I am very glad that I joined Lab28 Service.

I would like say
thank you to you, I have joint Lab28 since
this year April. I used the Right On Target!
to analyse the number, 3033. From the beginning of May, I have
been follow-up this number closely. I play a system bet for $2 big at
the starting stage, then followed by each week, I increased the bet to
$4 big until the last week of May. Then I played $10 big on 3033 for
the last & final "cheong" and hit the starter prize. I
won a total of $2,500!
When I tell my friend, they
are shock!Except one fellow, he took my advice, he throw $2 on 1568,
and he got $500 on saturday. This small group of
friend of mine all start to find out where is your office

I noticed 2459 was one of the numbers that I analysed some months ago using Win4D Pro. I
felt that it would appear as a top prize this year. When I saw this number on your monthly
prediction, I decided to buy 4592 and 5249 on $2 big on ordinary bets. I won $4,000.00 on
number, 4592 on 4 Dec 99.
In fact, I used to show the Lab28 monthly prediction to my brother who told me he won a

Lab28’s Weekly 4-D Forecasts have done it again.
This is the sixth times I hit a Top-3 prize since I joined Lab28 Special Service. Last
week 4-D Forecasts for 25/26 Sep 99, one of the ABCD numbers, 3369, caught my attention.
This number happened to be my personal favourite number.
 As usual, I used Right On Target
program to check out this number and its combination. I found that this system number, 3369,
was overdue. It did not hit any Top-3 prize for 302 draws, almost 3 years.
So I played $1 Big on a system bet. To my surprise, I
hit another 1st prize on 9633 and won $2,000.00.
I feel that I am also lucky to have picked this number and played on a system bet. I must
congratulate you for the accuracy of your 4-D Weekly forecasts. It is simply amazing!

Dear Sir,
Both I and my Mrs. attended the 4-D seminar in late Mar 99. Later, I
joined Lab28 in early April 99. Since then, I follow the weekly and
monthly forecasts very closely. I also bought the Right On Target! 4-D
Analysis program. I often use this program to analyse and pick numbers to play. After the
first hit on 3245 ($2 on system bet) on 26/6/99 which I won $500 on a
starter prize, I believed that Lab 28 could provide me and other 4-D enthusiasts with
accurate forecasts. 
Recently, I noticed that number 1199 always appear on Lab
28’s weekly forecasts. I started to buy this number 1199 since it topped the
rest of AABB numbers. On 25th July, the number 1199 really hit 1st
prize, right on the target. I won $5000! This is the first
time I won a 1st prize. I am really very happy!

Dear 4D Master,
I am so happy to tell you that my wish of
striking the Top-3 prizes finally came true. I won a 1st prize in April 99 and
a 3rd prize in May 99. Although "Money is the root of all evil", we
cannot deny that money can solve a lot of our problems. I have always wanted to strike 4D.
In 1997 and 1998 I was under tremendous pressure because of my financial problems.
I seek the help of fortune tellers to try to enhance my luck so that I
could hit the top 3 prizes. I would do anything that I was asked to do. I visited temples
regularly, avoided beef completely, bathed with flowers, wore all kinds of pendants, etc
and avoided every single thing that according to them was bad luck for me.
However to my disappointment, despite all my efforts and after losing
lots of money in the above methods, I did not win any money from 4D at all in 1997 and
1998. I felt very discouraged and wanted to give up 4D completely but I still clinged to
the hope of striking the top 3 prizes one day.
In April 99, I went to Changi Village to buy 4D because I was told that
my lucky place is in the far eastern part of Singapore. I live in Choa Chu Kang but I
drove all the way to Changi Village to buy 4D.
On that day I was looking for some kind of 4D magazine from a Mama
store and discovered the 4D
Wining Box. I studied the contents very carefully.
When I went home, I immediately search for your Home Page. I invested
on Win 4D Professional as well as Right on Target and became a subscriber of Lab28 $pecial $ervice. Since my
discovery that day I have been lucky almost every month. I analysed the numbers very
carefully and I hit a 1st Prize in April 99 through the 4D
Winning Box and a 3rd Prize in May 99 thru Lab
28. I no longer believe that I am unlucky. This hobby of analyzing and predicting
numbers has become my favourite pastime. The sense of achievement I get each time I won is

analysis closely. After the first hit on "5008" on 6 Dec 98 and won $250 based
on the Lab 28 monthly Hot System Numbers Forecasts, I believed that Lab28
can provide me and other 4-D enthusiasts with very accurate forecasts.
As there are many numbers forecasted every week and month, I decided to

the weekly and monthly 4-D forecasts on Internet Lab28. In the 6/7 Feb 99 weekly
Forecasts, one the forecasted numbers, "2789"
got my special attention. This same number, was also forecasted in the Feb 99 issue of the
4-D WINNING BOX, BOX No. 1.
Since the beginning of the year, I started to notice that these
two-digit "89" or "98" have been drawn Top-3 prizes frequently. So when I saw this
number "2789" forecasted, I decided to play two of its permutations, i.e. 8972
($3 Big and $3 Small) and 9287 ($3 Big and $2 Small) on Sat 6 Feb 99. "I was so delighted when I hit
the 1st prize on "8972" and won my biggest win of $15,000.00 in the 4-D!"
On the following day, 7 Feb 99, I played
another forecasted number, 1994, on a $2 Big and $4 Small. I hit another prize, a
consolation, and won another $130.

monthly Hot 4-D Numbers Forecasts. I found that this number, "2789" was
forecasted in the Monthly 4-D Forecasts and has an "A" rating. In the Weekly 4-D
Forecasts (29/30 Aug 98), this number was also forecasted, so I felt this number must be
good since it appeared in both forecasts.
I play three direct numbers, i.e. 2789, 8927 and 9872. I hit tht 3rd
prize on 9872 on 30 Aug 98 and won $500 based on Lab28 Weekly 4-D Forecasts. This is

the number ‘2259’ that a 2nd prize on the last day of my subscription
ie. 31st May 1998. I noticed that after your creation with Mr K.L Tan on the
Win4D  Professional, your forecast for the Lab28
Weekly 4-D gives a better hitting rate now. Although, I missed the forecast on the number
‘1244’ a week before which also turned out to be 2nd prize winner, I
have a positive thinking that one of the set of ‘AABC’ pattern forecast for 30th

"8596"and my letter was published in Internet Lab 28 and 4-D Winning Box (Jun
98).
I choose a number, 2259 which was forecasted in Internet
Lab28 Weekly 4-D Forecasts for 30/31 May 98. I used Win4D Professional to analyse in
detail. I picked up 3 sets of direct numbers, ie. 2529, 2259 and 9225. Win4D Professional
showed that "9225" has the highest Relative index, ie. 12 points. So I played $2
big on this number.
 Well again, I hit another Top-3 prize (2nd prize), on
"9225" and won $2000.00 on 31 May 98. I am really impressed with Lab28 Weekly
4-D Forecasts and the new Win4D Professional Program. It is no doubt the Utimate 4-D
Analysis Program!

reader of the 4-D Winning Box lottery guide. 
I find the weekly and monthly 4-D forecasts very useful, I rely very much on Right On
Target Program to help me shortlist the numbers to play for the week.
My latest hit was a 1st prize on "6859" on 1 Apr
98 (4-D Sweep). I played "5689" with $1 Big on a system bet and won $2000.00! I
first noticed "5689" being forecasted on 18 Oct 97 in Lab 28. Right On Target!
program highly recommended this number on a system bet. I played this number on and off
since then. Earlier on, I hit "8596" (conosolation) on 14/3/98 . I missed the 3rd
prize, "6598" on 29/3/98 as I did not buy that week.
This year, I have already hit about 10 times prizes based on your Lab28

 With your good forecasts, I have been hitting a lot of prizes,
about 5 starters and 2 consolations already. Thanks to your weekly forecast numbers and
not forgetting your precious ‘RIGHT ON TARGET’ program for checking all my
favourite numbers to make it possible to zoom in to the numbers I wanted. Without these
fantastic tools, I will not be able to come up with my winning strategy.
When I saw this forecasted number, 0226 it gave me a sense that this number would be
coming. I used your ‘RIGHT ON TARGET’ program to check against it. Sure enough,
the evaluation showed that it was "Triple Due" (with a B rating) and was highly
recommended for playing. So I played the system bet and hit right on target!

again. I used to look backward your previous forecast & lastest one before buying any
4D number. I saw this ‘4567’ forecasted in the 4th June issue and
with only 2 drawn since then. And lately, one of the projects undertaken by my renovation
company where unit no. is 476.
Therefore, I decided to buy this combination and especially on
‘5476’. Not only for myself, I also informed the owner – Mr. How (my

prize. Wow!! at last, I hit a Top-3 prize (3rd Prize) last Sunday, 08/06/97

I picked up the forecast number "0337" (by 12 permutations)
after having a hunch (you see, I’ve seen the numbers "1733" and
